The term "society" refers to a mutually aided cooperative maintenance society formed by all of the flat owners in that specific Project acting in accordance with certain rules and bye-laws framed therein, which must be registered under the Telangana Mutually Aided Cooperative Societies Act, 1995 or Telangana Cooperative Societies Act, 1964.
