Jyothirmayee has over 14 years of experience at various reputed legal firms specializing in real estate laws with a specific focus on title due diligence, structuring real estate transactions, drafting of complete documentation and statutory compliances, estate planning, and information technology services. She provided legal services to organizations of all sizes, promoters, high-net-worth individuals, companies, and banks.
Jyothirmayee is a proud recipient of the Gold Medal for Constitutional Law and an Outstanding Academic Achievement award in Administrative Law. She also holds an MBA in Finance and has graduated in Commerce.
She is the daughter of the Late Sri. MV Subba Rao, who retired as Registrar of Management, High Court of (United) Andhra Pradesh. His discipline, drafting, and aspiration to be a practicing Advocate inspired her to become a part of the legal fraternity.
